The highly anticipated Malvern Autumn Show is returning 26th – 28th September 2025 at Three Counties Showground, Malvern, offering keen gardeners and those just starting the chance to immerse themselves in the UK’s largest harvest season celebration. 

This year’s show is not to be missed – from record-breaking vegetables and fabulous flowers to a veritable emporium of plants, bulbs, seeds, tools and equipment, not to mention great insights and tips from some of the best-known personalities in the horticultural world.

Marvel at the supersized produce on display in the CANNA UK National Giant Vegetables Championship, a renowned source of new Guinness World Records for spectacularly large crops. No less than 12 Guinness World Records and two UK/EU records were awarded in 2024, including the Heaviest Sunflower head awarded to Peter Glazebrook (7.046 kg), the Heaviest Celeriac awarded to Graham Barrett (6.330 kg), and the Longest Leek again to prolific grower Peter Glazebrook (1582 mm).

Malvern Autumn Show is bursting with quality plant nurseries and bulb merchants, where visitors can pick up everything needed to make gardens bloom in spring.

The green-fingered should head straight to the plantsman’s paradise of the Gardening Village for passionate experts and impressive floral displays, seasonal bargains, and ideas for the new gardening year.

The RHS Flower Show is a true celebration of plants and flowers, with the marquee featuring stunning floral displays and plenty of rare and unusual plants that aren’t to be missed! Each year, a bumper selection of RHS medal-winning nurseries display their finest bulbs, plants, and flowers whilst competing for recognition from the esteemed RHS judges,and this year is no exception. Each grower is competing for a coveted Gold Medal award from the RHS judges, and there is an opportunity to buy from stands alongside their fabulous arrangements.

There is an RHS Gardening Advisory stand in the Floral Marquee, manned by a team of experts who can advise on everything from plant health to encouraging biodiversity in your garden and everything in between. Plant parents can even bring photographs of specific plant problems to have them identified. 

The Gardening Village is full to bursting with hand-pickednurseries and bulb merchants selling a spectrum of specialist plants and flowers, from dahlias to asters and acers to salvias,providing the chance to grab some seasonal bargains and inject a bit of colour into gardens over the autumn and winter period. Expert growers will also be on hand to share their knowledge with seasoned growers and newbies alike. Alongside the nurseries, bulb merchants offer every kind of tuber, bulb and corm for next year’s blooming pots and spring borders.

The Harvest Pavilion hosts the UK’s largest Grow to Show competition, and it really is a true celebration of growing your own, attracting over 1,700 entries of cut flowers, vegetables, fruit, alpines, succulents, and pot plants. The Harvest Pavilion also plays host to National Plant Societies who are keen to share their passion and give tips and advice on growing the perfect specimen. 

Award-winning horticulturist Jon Wheatley will unveil an exciting new feature, Incredible Edibles, at this year’s show. Located beside the Garden Theatre, the display transforms rustic carts, churns and characterful planters into abundant edible gardens bursting with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs.

Adding to the experience, visitors can step inside a beautifully planted greenhouse, offering an immersive look at how edible plants can be grown in creative and sustainable ways. Perfect for food lovers and gardeners alike, this vibrant installation promises to inspire home-grown living and celebrate the beauty of edible planting.

New for 2025, within the Orchard and Hopyard Pavilion is theinaugural Three Counties International Perry Competition dedicated to promoting understanding and appreciation of perry. Perry pear growing and perry making are unique parts of the heritage of the Three Counties region, and the Three Counties Cider & Perry Association will be on hand to share their knowledge with visitors.

The public asked, and the show organisers listened.Responding to visitor feedback, this year’s Malvern Autumn Show will welcome no less than 4 specialist seed merchantsAmong them is Kings Seeds, a leading seed supplier with over 135 years’ experience, based in Essex, who has previously exhibited at the show, and will be back in the Harvest Pavilion selling a comprehensive range of vegetable, flower and herb seeds.

Horticultural heroes love the Malvern Autumn Show, and there will be plenty of well-known gardening experts to see and hear at this year’s event, including BBC Gardeners’ World presenters Monty Don OBE and Adam Frost; head of The Raymond Blanc Gardening School at the two-Michelin-star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, August Bernstein; celebrity florist and floral expert on BBC’s The Big Allotment Challenge, Jonathan Moseley; TV and radio presenter, author, and RHS ambassador Manoj Malde – and many more! Expect plenty of top tips on preparing for a beautiful spring garden, introducing seasonal colour over the autumn and winter months, and the best late-season edibles to plant.

A new Weekend Ticket is available for 2025, giving visitors access to Malvern Autumn Show on both Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September, for just £35 (saving £12 compared to two individual day tickets). This two-day pass is a great way to make the most of all the show has to offer at a more leisurely pace. (Weekend tickets are available online in advance only, not on the gate and do not include camping).
