The skies above Hereford will be lit up again this Saturday (2nd November) as Hereford Round Table host their annual fireworks display at the racecourse, kindly sponsored by Harrison Clark Rickerbys.

Now in its 43rd year, Hereford’s biggest fireworks display is one of the key fundraising events in the calendar; raising over a quarter of a million pounds for local charitable causes.

Chairman of Hereford Round Table, Phil Rowberry, comments:

“The fireworks display is a real family fun evening, especially with free entry for kids! It’s great to put on a community event while raising funds that go to help great causes across Herefordshire. The weather is looking promising so we’re hopeful for another great year.”

A variety of incredible fire dancers, performers and fairground rides for the kids provide added entertainment, with Sunshine Radio supplying the soundtrack to the evening from their double decker bus.

With bars onsite, along with a selection of food outlets including Hereford favourites The Beefy Boys, you’ll be well looked after.

In addition, The Courtyard will be bringing their trashionshow, showcasing garments made completely from recycled materials, created by local artists and members of the community. It promotes their upcoming pantomime –Cinderella – as well as highlighting social responsibility surrounding throwaway fashion.

Gates open at 5:30pm with the bonfire being lit at 6.30pm and fireworks at approximately 7:30pm.

Kids get free entry, adults £10 on the gate or in advance from www.herefordroundtable.co.uk
