From Hereford Cathedral:

Broomsticks at the ready… Tickets will be on sale on Tuesday 26 August at 10am.

Wizards, witches and muggles of all ages are invited to join us at Hereford Cathedral on Thursday 25 September and celebrate Harry Potter Book Night, a night hosted annually in libraries, schools and venues across the globe and coordinated by Bloomsbury Publishers Co.

The theme of this year’s Harry Potter Book Night is ‘Magical Creatures’!

All Potter fanatics are welcome for a family friendly evening of spellbinding story-telling in the Chained Library and marvellous activities and photo opportunities as we re-create the magic of the wizarding world within the walls of the cathedral’s Bishop’s Cloister and Lady Arbour Garden.  Our cafe will be open and selling tasty treats and goodie bag gifts!

Dress code: all things magical!

The event begins at 5.30 pm with staggered entry slots every 30mins. Once inside you are welcome to stay for as long as you like to fully immerse in the wonders of the magical world…

Tickets go live from Tuesday 26 August. This event is free but booking is essential. Please select an entry time below. Due to venue capacity spaces are limited so please ensure you book a ticket for each member of your group attending.

You will receive a confirmation email after your booking which will act as your ticket. Please bring this with you on the day, either printed or on your phone. Please ensure that you book for the correct time slot as we will not be able to change this once your ticket has been booked.
