As a sister establishment to the renowned award-winning Carriages Restaurant, The Sidings is set to redefine the dining experience in two beautifully refurbished train carriages, upon its opening in Spring 2024.
Nestled in the heart of Whitestone Business Park, Hereford, The Sidings boasts a unique concept that seamlessly combines elegance with nostalgia.
The first-class train carriage will be tastefully restored to offer an intimate setting for up to 30 guests, while the standard-class carriage will be transformed into a haven for food enthusiasts and lovers of English wines.

The Sidings Farm Shop intends to be a treasure trove of locally sourced produce, from artisanal delights to fresh seasonal vegetables. Guests can explore a curated selection of the finest local produce and English wines, ensuring that every visit to The Sidings is a celebration of regional flavours.
Adding to the allure of The Sidings is the enchanting landscape and alfresco dining area that will surround the train carriages.
Designed and curated by Peter Dowel, award winning garden designer of Leaf Creative, the garden is set to be a visual feast that complements the culinary delights served within.
