Ross-on-Wye Fire Station on-call firefighter Shane Kittner will tackle 100km in one day for charity on Saturday 11 March.
Shane will do a 10km run, 2km swim, 20km row and 60km bike ride before wearing full fire kit for an 8km walk.
The money raised will be split 50-50 between The Fire Fighters Charity and mental health charity Mind.
Shane (pictured) has set up a GoFundMe page for donations at https://gofund.me/c337d60c.
He said: “Although I have never personally suffered from mental health issues, members of my family and many of my friends have experienced it in some form or another.
“I wanted to help raise awareness and donate to help support people in similar positions.”
