The owners of a new fish bar and deli in Hereford are excited to bring a completely new food scene to the city when they open their doors for the first time in April.
Taverna Fish Bar & Deli will open on Bridge Street in Hereford, in the former Fancy Dress store.
It all started in the Summer of 2017, when The Little Cypriot (@the_little_cypriot) started cooking Greek/Cypriot food for Hereford in the form of weekly deliveries and various pop-ups.
The owners natural instinct to preserve traditional recipes passed down through the her family, and experiment with modern techniques and ideas, formed her own unique style of food.
Fast forward a few years and now her and her daughter are getting ready to open a premises where they can offer two types of food that they are passionate for: Authentic Greek/Mediterranean food and Traditional fish & chips!
In a post on their Instagram page they detail that they have some aces up their sleeves and that they plan to shock Hereford by bringing a completely new food scene to you all.
