On Saturday night, 18 year old Liam McAll from Ledbury completed a full 24 hour charity exercise cycle run for Raleigh International who work in some of the poorest countries in the world.
The money Liam raises will go to a village restoration project in Nepal where the people are still without clean water and basic sanitation 6 years after the devastating earthquake of 2015. Not only is he raising money for the charity, Liam will travel to Nepal in the summer, as a volunteer, to work on the project for 7 weeks.
Most people would have spent Sunday in bed after such a marathon but not Liam, he managed to play a full half in the Ledbury Colts match against Gloucester Old Pats.
