It has been confirmed that the newly rebuilt Co-op Petrol Filling Station on Holmer Road in Hereford will open this coming Friday.
£1.7 million has been spent on the development that will include new fuel tanks, a canopy, pumps and forecourt layout. The store will be open 24 hours a day, just like it was prior to the rebuild and will have over 20 members of staff.
The Co-op store will also be over double its previous size and will see an improved in-store bakery and a Costa Coffee Express. There will also be Amazon Lockers at the store.
Local residents have been sent vouchers in the post ahead of the reopening.
