It was a good morning for many of the Hereford and County athletes that took part in Run Hereford, an event organised by St Michael’s Hospice on Sunday.
Hereford and County young athletes took part in the 5K race starting at Castle Green and finishing at the Shell Store in Rotherwas on Sunday.
There were 150 entrants in this race and three juniors clinched podium places and won the Team 5K prize.
Male:
2nd – Fred Tyler (under 15 years)
Female:
1st – Saffi Reid (under 13 years)
2nd – Martha Bakewell (under 15 years)
Team 5K winners:
Fred Tyler, Saffi Reid, Martha Bakewell and Callum Parkin.
