A fundraising page has been set up to support a local girl called Bella who has a rare condition called Infantile Neuroaxanol Dystrophy (INAD).

The condition causes loss of vision, muscular control, mental skills, deteriotion and short life expectancy.

On the GoFundMe page, Bella’s parents Darren and Naomi said:

“Hi our names are Darren & Naomi and we are Bellas parents.

“2 months ago, our lives turned upside down.

“Bella, for years has had her struggles, more than she deserves. From misdiagnosis, delayed appointments, and lots of unanswered questions.

“7 months ago Bella finally had a detailed MRI. What they found is truly life changing, for us as a family.

“Bella has a rare condition called Infantile Neuroaxanol Dystrophy (INAD)

“This causes loss of vision, muscular control, mental skills, deteriotion and short life expectancy.

“Bella has no idea and continues to take every day in her stride, giving 100%.

“Looking ahead, she will need her own facilities, equipment and eventually her own space. (This money will help towards the grant for Bellas extension)

“This is our plea for any help, as a family we can have some trips, holiday and make more memories.”
