Ian Robertson suddenly passed away in April 2020 due to complications with skin cancer. To pay tribute to the life of her late father, his daughter Anna decided to run 68 miles around parts of Herefordshire that her dad enjoyed. The aim was to raise £700 for Melanoma UK.
With the help of her friends and family, she was accompanied on by family and friends on every run.
Anna told us “I just want to say a big thank you to every single person that supported me on my 68 mile running challenge. I have learnt so much about my dad along the way, and its really helped me with my grieving process. I miss my dad so much and I believe he was with me every step of the away.
Our very own Matt Healey joined Anna and her crew around Burghill on the final run, which took place on Friday 31st July, where the theme was colourful fancy dress.
