The main A4103 (Hereford to Worcester Road) is closed in both directions following a serious collision in Bransford, near Worcester this morning.
West Mercia Police are at the scene.
Police say that four vehicles are involved.
The road is likely to remain closed for some time, so motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
