Margot – Collie – 7 months old
From Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue:
“Beautiful Margot recently arrived with her sister, having lived on a farm since birth they now find themselves looking for their forever families.
“They will be rehomed separately as already showing signs of litter mate syndrome.
“Here’s a little info from Margot’s lovely foster family..
“Margot is a collie pup who hasn’t yet experienced many of the joys life has to offer but is so up for the challenge.
“She loves cuddles, being with her humans, playing with her big foster sister and being outdoors. She doesn’t yet know very much about playing with toys but loves a Kong filled with goodies or an antler horn to chew.
“House training is a “work in progress” as she is adjusting to living indoors as is sleeping through the night without her sibling next to her, but she is quick and eager to learn.
“Margot’s recall is excellent, she is fascinated by the television and loves to have her paws on the kitchen work top being very food driven.
“She has just had her first vaccination, flea/worming treatment and chip implanted and was very brave. She has very “wobbly” dew claws which the vet has advised will need to be removed when she is at the appropriate age to be spayed.
“As Margot is underweight she is enjoying five small meals on veterinary advice each day (which she loves) in order to slowly build her up.
“All in all Margot is looking for a forever family with another dog to play with to love her and continue her training, she is just ready and waiting for the “Good Life” ( if you know, you know).
