Yesterday we broke the news that a Spanish Tapas Bar was set to open its doors in Hereford and today, we have more details for you.
The Mediterranean Wine & Tapas Bar will be located on Bridge Street, next to The Den and despite being owned by the same people as The Den, it will be run as a completely separate restaurant.
Jade Owen, manager of The Den in Hereford told Your Herefordshire:
“We will be opening a Mediterranean wine and tapas bar. We will be offering a selection of house cocktails and specialist spirits along with a beautifully crafted small plates menu.”
This certainly sounds like a welcome addition to Hereford’s ever evolving food and drink scene and we can’t wait to see the place open its doors.
