Pupils from Withington Primary School took part in the St Michael’s Hospice Reindeer Run and as a thank you for their hard work taking part and raising money the staff set up a Christmas Grotto for the children.
From St Michael’s Hospice:
Choose the date, distance and location – it could be a brisk walk around the playground, or a gentle jog on the school field – and we’ll help prepare the rest.
Then just don your reindeer antlers and nose and join Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donder and Blitzen – or whatever your school friends are called – for this free event which puts the fun into fundraising.
Tell everyone you’re taking part in the Reindeer Run and make sure you get sponsored and help St Michael’s Hospice continue caring to make a difference this Christmas.
There’s also an opportunity to raise funds for your school.
