The Small Breeds Farm Park is now open every day.

The opening hours are from 10.30am-4pm.

The park has been welcoming visitors since 1991 to share this very special place and wonderful collection of miniature, rare and friendly creatures.

The Owl Gardens have been thoughtfully designed and planted in order to create an intimate setting which allows visitors a rare opportunity to observe all the British Owls, as well over 30 other spectacular species from around the world.

Pygmy goats are particular favourites, as are the Ouessants, the most diminuitive of all sheep and the Valais Blacknose sheep are one of the largest and most friendly breeds of sheep in the world.

The Miniature Horses and Donkeys have frequently been featured on television over the past few years.

The ‘hands on’ experience is actively encouraged and you may wish to feed some of them with some specially formulated food.

Think that’s enough? They also have a tea room!

The typical hot food menu includes toasties and jacket potatoes with a range of delicious fillings: pies, pasties and tasty hot soups.

For those of you not watching your waistline you have a choice of cakes and scones to follow. Should that not be naughty enough, enjoy a hot chocolate to die for.

Choose to eat in the comfort of the tea room or in the picnic garden. You are more than welcome to bring your own food to enjoy in the picnic barn or garden.

The shop offers a carefully selected range of gifts for adults and children to suit any size of pocket.
