Renowned TV horticulturist will be in conversation with Kate Bliss
A face familiar to millions will visit Cheltenham in March for a special evening raising funds for charity.
Monty Don, best-known for fronting popular weekly BBC show Gardeners’ World, will be in conversation with another TV favourite, antiques expert Kate Bliss, at Cheltenham Town Hall on Saturday, 1st March.
The evening will raise funds for St Michael’s Hospice, a charity providing free-of-charge palliative and end-of-life care, plus support to families, in Herefordshire and beyond.
Monty will be sharing stories and insights that have defined his remarkable career.
“This is set to be an enthralling evening in the company of one of the UK’s most loved and respected broadcasters,” said Rachel Jones, Income Generation,Marketing & Communications Director at St Michael’s.
“We’re so grateful to Monty for giving up his time to support St Michael’s. Over the years, he has been a great friend to the Hospice, and we cannot express our gratitude enough. We’re equally delighted that Monty will be joined on stage by Kate Bliss – another much-valued friend of St Michael’s. We can’t wait to welcome them both to Cheltenham Town Hall for what is set to be a memorable night.”
