Nick Briggs brings Michelin-Star Expertise to Carriages Culinary Ventures.
Carriages Ltd is delighted to announce the promotion of Nick Briggs to the position of Food and Beverages Manager, overseeing all catering outlets, including both Carriages Restaurant and The Sidings.
Nick’s impressive culinary journey began as an apprentice at The Landmark Hotel in Marylebone, London. After graduating with Distinction from Westminster Kingsway College, he honed his skills in the fine dining Winter Garden Restaurant.
His career progressed with notable achievements at The Peat Inn in St Andrews, Scotland, where he rose to the position of Head Chef, enhancing the restaurant’s reputation and Michelin Starred ranking.
Most recently, Nick served as Head Chef at Greywalls Hotel’s Chez Roux restaurant, working alongside Chef Michel Roux Jnr. His culinary style, rooted in classical French cuisine with a focus on British produce, has garnered widespread acclaim.
Originally from Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, Nick has returned to England after 10 years in Scotland, eager to explore the rich culinary landscape of Herefordshire.
With his partner Nikki, their son Noah, and their rescue dog Parker, Nick is looking forward to taking on this exciting new role within allpay.
