Air temperatures may be low, but River Wye Match Fishing is on fire!

He was closely followed by Bristol angler Kevin Dix who also broke the magical ton mark with 106lbs from just above the new bridge in Hereford.
The top 7 anglers all caught over 60lb showing Why the River Wye is regarded as the best winter coarse fishery in the country.
In the team stakes, local side Woodys, secured the league title with one round still to go, after finishing 2nd on the day to Welsh side, Wizards.
This week will see 60 of the countries best anglers travelling to Hereford for the Spring 2 Day Festival.
