Herefordshire, Ludlow & North Shropshire College, providing FE & HE Education across the counties of Herefordshire and Shropshire, has been accredited to the matrix Standard, demonstrating the high quality of careers advice and student support they provide to both potential and current studentssupporting them in their careers, learning, work and life goals.

The college group has 5 main further education Campuses across the two counties, and further apprenticeships and vocational learning centres throughout both counties, supporting thousands of students from entry level qualifications all the way up to higher education degrees, as well as wide range of part time courses covering a vast array of topics and disciplines. 

The matrix Standard is the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and/or guidance (IAG), either as their sole purpose or as part of their service offering.

The College’s Careers Guidance Service is free and available to all students and prospective students. 

This is the first full Matrix assessment we have undertaken as a merged college. Over three days, a series of interviews were conducted with our stakeholders, partners, staff, employers, and students to establish the internal culture and processes in place to enable the team at Herefordshire, Ludlow and North Shropshire College to provide high-quality impartial advice and guidance for all.”
