Help 7-year-old Isla raise money for The Little Princess Trust by sponsoring her ahead of her haircut that will take place later today.

Isla will be having her haircut at 6pm at Madley Village Hall and has already raised well over £1,000!

Here is Isla’s story in her own words:

“My name is Isla Nicole Buchanan age 7.

“I have decided to cut my hair so I can raise money for people who are losing their precious hair and to make a beautiful wig for people to wear and make them feel happy.

“I love my hair so so much but I feel sorry for the sad boys and girls that are loosing their precious hair.

“I am happy to make other people happy by cutting my hair to help make a wig.

“My nana works there and she has given me the confidence to cut my hair.

“It will grow back and I will cut it again and again. It would be very kind if you could donate money and help me…so let’s stand up for ourselves and be brave and let’s cut our hair.

“If you would like to find out more information please go to The Little Princess Trust.

“Love from Isla.”

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
