A college student from Hereford is raising money to be able to take part in a once in a lifetime trip to Greece, for sea turtle conservation and marine biology.
Jaz Larcombe who studies at Holme Lacy College in Herefordshire, says the opportunity would see her gain vital knowledge for a future career working in the animal care sector.
Jaz’s story:
“Hello, I’m a student at Holme Lacy College and I’m studying animal care level 2 and I’ve been offered to go on a trip to Greece with college for sea turtle conservation and marine biology.
“This will also consist of ethograms and sea grass bedding and nesting surveys, snorkel tests, drone work and various other workshops.
“This isn’t just a holiday but a once in a life time trip that will enhance my education and give me vital knowledge for a future career within working in the animal care sector.
“I have set up a go fund me where anyone interested can help to donate to make my dream come true.
“Anything would help and would go a long away. I would be so grateful if you help me on this journey and I will appreciate it very much.”
