Andy’s Man Club launches in Hereford to support Men’s Mental Health.

Date – 21st July 2025

Andy’s Man Club, one of the UK’s fastest-growing men’s mental health charities, is proud to announce the launch of a brand-new peer support group in Hereford.

The group will officially open on Monday, 21st July 2025, offering a vital safe space for men to talk, listen, and support one another.

The Hereford sessions will take place every Monday night (excluding bank holidays) from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at:

Location – Westfields FC, Allpay Park, Widemarsh Common, Hereford, HR4 9NA

Completely free to attend, with no referral or registration needed, Andy’s Man Club welcomes any man aged 18 or over, whether they’re struggling or just need a place to talk.

“This group is about showing men in Hereford that they’re not alone,” says Alex Knowles, Local Facilitator for Andy’s Man Club Hereford. “Sometimes, just being listened to can be life-changing. We’re here to provide that opportunity, without judgement.”

Founded in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide, Andy’s Man Club has grown into a national movement, now running over 200 groups across the UK.

The charity’s simple but powerful message — #ItsOkayToTalk — is helping to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health, one conversation at a time.
