A fundraising page has been set up to help raise money to support the family of a woman from Herefordshire who passed away following a long battle with cancer.
Joanne Radon, aged just 39-years-old, passed away following a long battle with cancer earlier this month.
Her family plan to remember her with a convoy of Land Rover’s taking to the roads between Withington and Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday 5th September, ahead of Joanne’s funeral.
Her best friend Kristel has also set up a GoFundMe page to help towards funeral costs.
“My names Kristel, I’d really like some help to get my best friend the send off she deserves.
“Joanne didn’t quite make it to 40 like I did, but she fought a brain tumour for nine long years!
“Two brain surgeries, constant pain, and a proper super hero.
“It’s taken me over a week to ask her parents if I can do this because I don’t want to make them sad, as well as her amazing partner Dan also!
“I know for them it’s so difficult but they’d never ask anyone for anything…. I need to help!
“She was the best daughter, sister and auntie around, as well as a great best friend.
“Anything will really help this amazing broken family. Thank you xx”
