9-year-old has been brave and decided to cut her hair off to help raise money for The Little Princess Trust.
We spoke to Lexi-mae’s parents who said:
“Our 9 Year old daughter Lexi-mai has decided that she really wants to cut off her hair and donate it to the Little Princess Trust. With a lot of talking and telling her exactly what will happen, she is still doing it!
“She will be having her hair cut, but unfortunately due to COVID-19 she couldn’t have it done at school so she will be getting it cut at the hairdressers.
“Being only 9 and wanting to help other children and cutting her hair for them means so much to us as parents and we couldn’t be anymore happier for her.”
The Little Princess Trust provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.
