“Align UK are taking on a challenge of raising £50,000 to support the work of Operation Smile, Starting at Land’s End, Cornwall and finishing at John O’Groats in the far north of Scotland, the team will cycle an epic 874 miles over 10 days. Operation Smile is a medical charity that provides life changing surgery to children who are born with cleft lip and cleft palate, the surgery takes around 45 minutes and costs £150 to change a child’s life. Every mile cycled is a mile spent helping children across the world through Operation Smile.
