Hereford is set to get its first Horse Racing themed pub and restaurant, located in the heart of Hereford in a Grade II listed building.

The Stables will source ingredients from some of the UKā€™s best independent food and drink producers. They are also home to one of the best Gin selections in the County!

The Stables interior features genuine Equestrian memorabilia from some of Horse Racingā€™s most famous, including Grand National winning silks and more. An intimate experience in this gastro- restaurant will leave your taste buds wanting more. One of the unique features about The Stables is that the team are working closely with Wye Valley Brewery and local horse owner Mark Blandford to rename a familiar premium ale in homage to Markā€™s racehorse: Plenty of Butty.

The Scudamore Post is a carefully created, handpicked menu using the finest ingredients and always local produce where possible. Named after one of the great, local horse trainers, The Scudamore Family, The menu has been designed with elegance to ensure a memorable taste sensation and flavour-experience with every meal.

Alongside traditional values, James and the staff at The Stables care deeply about the environment and are proud to be doing everything in their power to be an eco-pub!

The newly named bars nominated Charity is the Injured Jockeys Fund. You can find out more about the work they do here: www.injuredjockeys.co.uk

You can find The Stables on West Street in Hereford and the official opening will take place on Saturday 30th June.

An exciting addition to Herefordā€™s pub scene and if it has half the success that James has had with Rubix, then itā€™s sure to be a hit with the punters!
