A brand new wine bar and coffee shop could is set to open in the coming months in Hereford city centre.
A planning application was submitted for the change of use of the former Antique Tea Shop in Hereford ok St Peter’s Street, into a wine bar and coffee shop.
The planning application stated:
“Proposed change of use to Class E/Sui generis, to allow the premises to operate as a wine bar, wine shop and coffee shop.”
“The proposed application details that if planning was to be approved, the new wine bar would create three full time jobs and one part time job.”
Planning permission has now been granted by Herefordshire Council with work now taking place.
