Excitement is growing in Hereford with the news that a new cocktail bar is set to open in the city.
The Tipsy Cat will be located on Bridge Street, near local establishments such as JJ & Little Dots and The Den.
The Grand Opening Night will take place NEXT Friday (30th September), with a soft opening taking place tonight (23rd September) for invited guests only.
