Botanic Hereford announces new General Manager.
Connor Hart, who was the name behind Déjà Vu in Hereford has joined Botanic as General Manager. Connor brings a wealth of experience with in the cocktail and bar industry to Botanic.
Connor has already made some immediate changes to the way Botanics works, with alterations to the current drinks offering, to making table service more efficient during peak times.
Business owner Tom Williams said “We are thrilled to welcome Connor to the Botanic team, and we are looking forward to working together and creating something rather special and exciting over the coming months.
“A new menu is currently in development and will include smoking and specialty cocktails predominantly seen in lager cities and bars.
“There is much more to announce in due course, so please do keep an eye on our social media and most importantly call in for a cocktail this bank holiday weekend!”
When Botanic first opened, due to local licensing complications it had to serve in plastic glassware, however this has not been the case for some time, and all drinks are now served in a proper glass.
