Broad Street in Hereford will soon be home to an exciting new restaurant.
Back in February, Sunderlands Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents exclusively revealed to Your Herefordshire that they had completed the letting of 20 Broad Street to La De Kitchen, a restaurant group specialising in traditional Turkish food.
James Dillon, Commercial Surveyor at Sunderlands, commented “This is a fantastic result not just for the owners, but the city of Hereford.
“The new occupiers are an established restaurant group with a number of sites across South East England, who will certainly make the most out of one of the most prominent buildings in the city. We wish them all the best.”
Signage has now appeared on the building on King Street in Hereford, with the restaurant set to open this summer adding another interesting twist to Hereford’s ever increasing food options.
