A city centre building in Hereford could soon be renovated into student accommodation with 22 rooms.
The planning application, submitted by Manbro Developments details plans for student accommodation at 26-28 Aubrey Street, Hereford HR4 0BU.
‘Proposed conversion to student accommodation to include 22 rooms, common rooms, 2 no. staircases, recreation areas, cycle storage & associated works.’

A spokesperson for NMITE confirmed their support for the application.
‘Working with the growing student body within Hereford I am in support of the proposed development in Aubrey street with Manbro as this will support in the growth of suitable student housing within Hereford.
‘This accommodation is currently lacking and we are anticipating there to be a shortfall of supply for September 2025.’
