Texas Style Craft BBQ – Sounds delicious, doesn’t it?
Well, it is, and it’s available closer to you than you may realise.
Based in Leominster and run by Ashley Tunley, Big Smoke BBQ are attending events across the county and are available to book for your event.
Big Smoke BBQ have recently attended events at Ludlow Brewery and in Hereford, with the food getting rave reviews from members of the public.
In a recent post on Facebook, owner Ashley Tunley said:
“Calling all local businesses and pubs/event holders.
“I run a Texas Style Craft BBQ business and I’m based in Leominster and many of you in here will have probably tried my food, but I have just found out that we have a few more dates available this summer.
“We recently just had three sell-out events, a private party, Ludlow Brewery and the anvil in Shifnal, Telford.
“The reason for my post is to ask if there is anyone looking for catering for private parties / events, as well as anyone interested in having Big Smoke BBQ at your pub/venue to do a pop up?
“Please send me a message if you’re interested in having some Texas Style BBQ.”
