The Beefy Boys, the UK’s celebrated burger experts, are set to make their London debut this August to launch their highly anticipated book, ‘The Beefy Boys: From Backyard BBQ to World-Class Burgers’, released on 15th August by Quadrille Publishing Ltd. Fans and foodenthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet the team behind the UK’s Best Burger (2023), sample their award-winning food, and get their hands on exclusive goodies at a series of exciting events across the city.

Wednesday 14th August : Pop-Up at Truman Brewery

To kick-off festivities, The Beefy Boys will be at the Truman Brewery on Brick Lane on Wednesday 14th August, serving a selection of burgers from their new book on the eve of its release.

With two food services from 12-3pm and 5-7pm, the first 100 lucky visitors at each service will enjoy their famous burgers for free, making it a not-to-be-missed event for burger lovers.

Located outside the popular venue, the pop-up will also feature music from DJ BBQ, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The team will be serving their signature creations and giving fans a taste of what makes their burgers some of the best in the UK.

Saturday 17th August : BBC’s Saturday Kitchen

The book launch excitement continues on Saturday 17thAugust as The Beefy Boys’ founder (and Burger Chef of the Year 2023), Murf will appear on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen.

He’ll be cooking up the brand-new Cheese Skirt Burger, alongside host Matt Tebbutt, a must-see for viewers looking to elevate their burger game with some expert tips and tricks.

Saturday 17th August : Exclusive Beefy Boys Supper Club at Fortnum & Mason

The Beefy Boys will host an exclusive pop-up at Fortnum & Mason, one of London’s most iconic food destinations.

Known for its exceptional quality and luxury food offerings, Fortnum & Mason will play host to an event that perfectly juxtaposes its refined elegance with The Beefy Boys’ bold, dirty American-style barbecue food and burgers in the Food & Drink Studio on the third floor.

In honour of the luxury surroundings, The Beefy Boys invite food fans to join them for an upmarket (but still delightfully dirty) meal, perfectly in line with Fortnum & Mason’ssummer theme of ‘unexpectedly perfect pairings’.

The menu, which includes the exclusive ‘Fortnum Boy’ features some of The Beefy Boys’ signature restaurant dishes, such as Mac and Cheese BallsJalapeno Poppers, Oklahoma Onion Boy, Nashville Hot Chicken and ‘Cheeseburger’ Macaroons.

Those who won’t be able to make the supper club will be able to order the exclusive Beefy Boys Fortnum & Mason DIY Box, containing all of the premium ingredients needed to make The Fortnum Boy burger at home. Only 50 units will be available, making it a coveted item for gourmet enthusiasts.
