Advance Joinery Group, a well-known and leading supplier and installer of timber, aluminium and uPVC products across Herefordshire and beyond, has announced the acquisition of West-Midlands-based company, Malvern Glass.
Established in 1993, Advance Joinery has developed an enviable reputation for the quality products and services they provide in the manufacture and installation of windows and doors and have more recently expanded their offerings to include uPVC and aluminium alongside their renowned bespoke timber range.
The acquisition of Malvern Glass allows Advance to expand its footprint locally, representing a significant step in its growth plans.
Malvern Glass is also a well-established, reputable business – founded in 1979, highly regarded locally and with a large customer base.
The Malvern Glass team will remain the same with some new additions, and the plan is to build on its already excellent reputation and add a complimentary trade counter offering products to trade and the public.
In addition, Advance aims to replicate what it knows works well for its two other branches in Hereford and Kingsbridge, Devon.
“We are delighted to welcome Malvern Glass to the Advance Joinery Group,” said Andrew Buchanan, Managing Director at Advance.
“Both companies share a commitment to providing high-quality products and service, and we believe this acquisition will enable us to offer an even broader range of products to a wider customer base”.
As part of the acquisition, there is the ambition to rebrand and launch an expanded showroom with a broader range of products from proven suppliers on show. “The diversity of our offer and our customer base is what’s made us unique here at Advance,” said Jack Evans, Operations Director. “We encourage customers to drop in when passing to understand more about our expanded range of products.”
Customers of Advance, both domestic and trade, can view the range of products either at the Pontrilas head office or through its retail showrooms in Hereford, Kingsbridge and soon-to-be Malvern following its relaunch.
