A popular Herefordshire pub which has been shut since the pandemic has re-opened with new landlords and a complete refurbishment.

Casey Nicholls-Floyd and husband Luke have completley refurbished The Queens Head in Bridge Street, Kington.

The couple, who own The Swan Hotel in the town, will run The Queens with manager Nicky Doherty.

Casey said:

“The pub will be stocking three real ales which will be changing weekly to give the people of Kington more variety.

“We have a dart board, brand new pool table and a quoits board and we will be looking for teams wanting to play for us.

“The Queens has been shut for around three years and the people of Kington have been missing it. So many people have great memories of The Queens and it is a privilege to bring it back.”

At the bar are Casey, Nicky and Luke.
