Burger King has submitted a planning application for a restaurant in Hereford city centre.
The fast food chain hopes to open a restaurant on Commercial Street, in the former Lakeland unit that has been empty since last summer.
If the planning application goes through, Burger King say that 50 full time jobs will be created.
