Local DJ Matt Healey recently had a problem with a disco light, so instead of giving up on it, he popped along to the Repair Café at Holy TrinityChurch on Whitecross Road, Hereford. 
And guess what? There are friendly local repairers there who might be able to give your broken items a new lease of life! 
Last Saturday of every month (excluding December) 31st October is the next one
10am – 12 noon for repair drop-offs

So before you throw something away, why not pop in and see if it can be fixed? 
And the best bit… you can enjoy a cuppa 
and a slice of cake 
while you wait!

Matt said “I only purchased the light a few weeks ago and it was over heating and not working as the gill had slipped off, I could have sent it back to the supplier but thats a faff, so I took it to the repair cafe and they sorted it in minutes, a massive thank you to Steve, his team and his trusty screw driver”
