A reward is being offered by the independent charity Crimestoppers for information that could help locate wanted man Alex Parker.
The 27-year-old is wanted in connection with a kidnapping and robbery in November 2021.
He has links to Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Lichfield.
The charity is independent of the police and is offering a £8,500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Parker.
Only information given directly to charity Crimestoppers will be eligible for the reward.
