Two arrested in connection with drug supply in Hereford.

Two people have been arrested this morning (Monday 2 March) following a drugs warrant in the Grafton area of Hereford.
Executed by Hereford Proactive CID, officers were supported on the warrant by Task Force, Digital Forensic officers and a dog handler.
A quantity of cash, suspected class A drugs – heroin, drug paraphernalia, an axe, and a BB gun were all seized from the address in George Bew Close.
A 38-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, and a 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
Detective Sergeant Jim Moore from Hereford Proactive CID said: “Two people remain in police custody following this morning’s warrant, which was based on community concerns and gathered intelligence around suspected drug dealing from the property.
“Our efforts will have disrupted drug supply in Hereford, taken harmful substances off the streets, and removed potentially dangerous weapons from the community.”
