West Mercia Police are appealing for information and witnesses after a 16-year-old girl was assaulted on a footpath near British Camp in the Malvern Hills.
The incident happened at around 5pm on Wednesday 19 November.
The girl was walking her bike along a footpath when a man walking in the opposite direction shouted abuse at her, before throwing her bike to the ground and then hitting her in the face.
The man is described as white, aged around 65, wearing a green coat and walking a brown dog.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the assault, or may know who the man is, to please get in touch.
