Asda is giving drivers a festive boost this December with a new money-saving fuel offer at its Express stores.

From 1-31 December, drivers who spend £15 or more on groceries in an Asda Express will get 3p off per litre of fuel at the same time.

With almost 500 Express stores across the UK, Asda is making it even easier for customers to cut costs at the pump while picking up everyday essentials.

Asda Express stores already match prices on certain everyday essentials – such as bread, milk, chicken fillets, beef mince, cheese and certain fresh fruit & veg - with its larger supermarket stores.

This means customers can get the same great value they’d expect from a bigger Asda supermarket, while also taking advantage of exclusive Express deals such as:

  • 2 for £6 on Ready Meals & Pizza
  • Bread, Pasta & Sauce 3 for £5
  • Premium Meal Deal for just £4.92 – cheaper than competitors
  • 3 for 2 on RTD drinks & wine minis

To claim the fuel discount, customers need to spend £15 or more inside an Asda Express store, before paying for their fuel and shopping at the till.

Joseph Sutton, Vice President Asda Express, foodservice and fuel, said: “We know every penny matters for our customers. This offer gives people a little extra help – letting them save on fuel while offering unbeatable value as they stock up on everyday essentials or festive treats in the run-up to Christmas.”

Asda recently announced it will launch up to 20 new Express stores before the end of the year as part of its convenience store opening programme. The most recent of these new stores opened on Wednesday in Liverpool, marking the retailer’s first store within the centre of the city.
