Police firearms officers were called to a property with a ‘large and unhappy dog’ after officers attended to arrest a wanted man.
From West Mercia Police:
“There was a large Police presence in Powick this morning when a man wanted on warrant for failure to appear at court was located at an address in Powick where there was a large and unhappy dog at the address.
“Specialist dog handlers and a firearms crew were in attendance to give officers enough options to deal with potential outcomes.
“The man eventually came to the door and was arrested.
“He will remain in Police custody until Monday morning when he will appear before Kidderminster Magistrates Court.”
