A man has been charged with drug dealing offences in Hereford and appeared in court today (Friday 19 September).
David Smithson, 36, of Shorthill Caravan Site, Kidderminster was charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin – cocaine and being concerned in the supply of a class A drug – cocaine.
Smithson was remanded to Kidderminster Magistrates Court this morning where he was bailed with conditions, including not to enter Hereford, to next appear at Worcester Crown Court on Friday 17 October.
