Commercial Road remains closed in Hereford this morning.
All traffic heading between Blueschool Street and Hereford County Hospital continues to be diverted. The closure has been in place since Wednesday evening following the discovery of a sinkhole.
Monkmoor Street is also closed to traffic.
An update from Welsh Water on Sunday said:
“We’re continuing to investigate and repair a collapsed sewer main on Commercial Road, Hereford.
“Commercial road has one lane closed, to minimise disruption.
“Catherine & Monkmoor Street have a full road closure – we advise allowing additional travel time.”
Motorists are advised to plan ahead with delays and disruption expected to continue into this week.
