Artists’ collective Artlandish has a callout for artists to take part in a new exhibition this July, as part of the prestigious Three Choirs Festival.

Artlandish are looking for artists and creatives to take part in their upcoming exhibition, titled ‘Harmony’, and any artform will be considered, including drawing, painting, printmaking, textiles, metal, wood, 3D work, mixed media, digital, installations and more.

The theme is open to each artist’s unique interpretation and could centre on colour, composition, people, nature, relationships to the world… or something else that interprets the idea of ‘Harmony’.

The open call is free to enter but will close for applications on Monday 21 July and artists have the opportunity to sell their work during the exhibition.

The show will be open from Saturday 26 July – Saturday 2nd August 2025, from 11am – 6pm at 7 Gomond Street in Maylords Orchard, in Hereford City Centre.

Everyone is welcome at the exhibition launch event, on Saturday 26th July from 6pm onwards; it’s a great opportunity to meet the artists and team involved.

Lily Morris, from Artlandish, explains, “It’s an honour to be included as a part of this year’s Three Choirs Festival ‘Art in the City’ and we’ve been inspired to host an exhibition with works based on ‘Harmony’. We are looking for artists to get involved and submit all kinds of work for this special show.”

Between January and March 2025, Artlandish held 16 exhibitions to create a temporary art space in Hereford city centre. The Artlandish space in Gomond Street featured a new exhibition every week, alongside a further series of shows at Bloom.Space. 135 artists from across Herefordshire exhibited their work and over 3,800 visitors saw the exhibitions.

If you would like to apply to the artists open call, please visit the Artlandish website or email artlandishhereford@gmail.com

The Artlandish team are applying for further funding to continue the project from the autumn of 2025 and into the future.
