A medical centre in Herefordshire has issued an important message for all patients.
Kington Medical Practice shared the following message on social media on Thursday.
‘At midday today we have had 6 people not turn up for a pre-booked appointments.
‘If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that it can be offered to someone else.
‘You can also cancel your appointment via the NHS app.’
