Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service have provided an update on an incident at a petrol station in Hereford on Wednesday evening.
A spokesperson for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service told Your Herefordshire:
“Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Hereford Fire Station was called to a fuel spill at a petrol station in Holmer Road, Hereford at 21:16 on 25 June. One vehicle was involved with around 20l of fuel spilled on to the forecourt.
“This was washed away using one hosereel jet with sand also used.
“The vehicle was left with the owner for recovery.
“There were no casualties and no other emergency services were required.
“The incident was marked as pending closure at 22:19.”
