Palestine Action have damaged two military planes at RAF Brize Norton, where flights leave daily for RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus, a base used for military operations in Gaza and across the Middle East.
Two activists broke into the largest air force base in Britain and used electric scooters to swiftly manoeuvre towards the planes.
They used repurposed fire extinguishers to spray red paint into the turbine engines of two Airbus Voyagers and caused further damage using crowbars.
In a video shared on Twitter, one of the activists can be seen approaching the aircraft on a scooter.
Red paint has also sprayed on the ground.
The Ministry of Defence is aware of the incident at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire.
A spokesperson for The Ministry of Defence confirmed that they are in touch with the Police.
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer said:
“The act of vandalism committed at RAF Brize Norton is disgraceful.
“Our Armed Forces represent the very best of Britain and put their lives on the line for us every day.
“It is our responsibility to support those who defend us.”
