Rose Miriam Durkin (Pat) of Hereford, passed away peacefully on Sunday 8th June aged 84 at Credenhill Court Rest home.
A much loved Wife, Mum, Nan, Great Nan and Friend.
She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
The funeral will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday 8th July at 12.15pm.
Please wear something bright and colourful.
